Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges unless your item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
